Palm Grove Holiday Apartments offers you a relaxed atmosphere in the finest part of Torquay. Far enough away from the town centre and yet just a ten-minute walk to a great selection of busy bars and fine restaurants. Set in the tranquil Meadfoot area we are betwixt Torquay’s main beach and picturesque harbour front and the quieter Meadfoot Beach, just a few minutes’ walk from the apartments. The interiors of the apartments are furnished in a contemporary style and colour, while the fixtures and fittings are of a high quality. Each apartment has its own well equipped kitchen including fridge, microwave, hob, dishes & utensils. All apartments have access to landscaped gardens which catch the sun and offer tables and chairs where you can relax and enjoy the pleasant environment.

Ellacombe cottage is a stylish space with it's own private entrance. Outside the terrace has table & chairs while inside a contemporary and stylish interior awaits you.

Idyllically situated in the beautiful, quiet conservation area of Torquay, Marstan Villa is only 300 yards from Meadfoot Beach, a beautiful blue flag beach, and just 200 yards to the South-West coastal path. Torquay’s bustling harbour and vibrant town centre are just a 10 minute stroll away.

  • 7 night minimum stay during school holidays (Sat changeover)

  • Bed linen and towels are provided (including beach towels)

  • £1,000 security deposit required after booking

  • Strictly a no smoking property

  • Swimming pool and hot tub usage is between 08.00 - 21.00 daily

  • A complimentary concierge service will be provided for guests to help them get the most from their stay to the villa and the local area

  • Please enquire about additional bed set-up at Marstan Villa for larger groups and this will be reviewed by the team

  • Please note that Marstan Villa is split into both guest and owners accommodation, with owners space sufficiently screened from guests to minimise disruption and maintain privacy for both parties. The owners accommodation has its own outside space, entrance and car parking and does not overlook the guest garden space and pool area.
